You have been issued a secure password from our system. Your password will come in a welcome email from Per and also include instructions on how to get started.

Can't Find Your Password
If you didn't receive Per's welcome email with your password please look in your spam folder, and also add support@thesingingzone.com to your safe senders list.
If you are still not finding it please write the support desk with detailed information about your order so that we can find you and troubleshoot what might be wrong.
Didn't Receive Password
Hotmail and Outlook.com regularly lose emails.
First: do a search: Look for the search field and make sure that the dropdown will search "All". Type in support@thesingingzone.com and hit enter. This will reveal all the emails from us. If your welcome email and password is not there then it has been blocked server side.
Add support@thesingingzone.com to your safe senders list before contacting us. Also make sure you haven't spammed our address, and that there are no rules running that would block us.
Unfortunately, if you can't get Hotmail to accept all our emails then you are going to have to use a different email address for your training. They offer no support.
Gmail is usually very good about delivering emails
If you use Gmail and are not finding your Welcome email it is probably in one of the tabs. Use the following search string in the search field and you'll find everything from us:

Retrieve Your Password

Username and Password are Blank
- Wrong Email: It could be that you are using a different email address. If you signed up with an old email address we can change that for you. Simply email us at support@thesingingzone.com. Be sure to send enough information so we can find you. If you can't remember which email you used, send us a comprehensive list of possibilities and we are happy to search for them all. We can also search for your name exactly as you may have typed it, and we can search for the address you used for the order as well.
- Typo: It could be that there is a typo in the email address you used to order. In that case please send all the information you may have used in the order to help us in our search. We need your ordering name and address at least.
- Not yet a student: Perhaps you have not ordered the Sing With Freedom program. The membership is only available for students of the Sing With Freedom program, so you'll need to start there.
